Breakfast daily, prepared by in house chef & customized to meet your dietary needs and requests
Lunch and dinner can be added for $75/night per guest

Alcoholic beverages can be prepared by the chef but will be charged by the drink
Twice daily housekeeping
House manager available at all times to accommodate any requests
Access to entire property including pool, beach, and dock

Credit card fees to be added to all credit card charges
Combined Damage/Incidental Deposit of $3,000 USD to be charged day before check-in (Refundable*)
12% Staff Gratuity added to base rate at booking
Minimum Stay 4 Nights (April - November) | 5 Nights - All Other Dates (except 7 night minimum over the Christmas and New Years Holiday)
*The Combined Damage/Incidental Deposit is made up of $2,000 USD in lieu of Safely Damage Protection (not yet available in Mexico) and $1,000 USD for any incidentals which you may incur (examples include: transportation arrangements, provisioning, excursions, etc.). This deposit is fully refundable provided no damages are identified and no incidentals are accumulated.
Cancellation Policy
100% refundable if canceled more than 60 days before check-in
50% refundable if canceled between 31 - 60 days before check-in
25% refundable if canceled less than 30 days before check-in
No refunds for no shows.
